Making Mentorship Matter

Equity‑minded mentorship asks a different question than traditional mentoring. Instead of “How can I help you be more like me?”, it asks, “How can this relationship interrupt inequities and expand what’s possible for both of us—and for our organization?” In non‑profits and associations, where we talk constantly about inclusion and representation, this shift is overdue.
